Bookkeeping

Tasks:

• Maintain and update accounting records including receipts, expenditures, profit and loss, and other financial transactions
• Prepare invoices and issue bills to customers
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely tax submissions
• Reconcile bank accounts and generate financial statements
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenditures
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Prepare reports detailing monthly expenses, discrepancies, and recommendations
