Customer Service Rep

Tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services
• Track and log all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and propose improvements to the service
• Handle escalations and more complex customer issues as needed
