Inside Sales

Tasks:

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements and match them with the right products or services
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Manage and track leads using CRM software
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and initiatives
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations to potential clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive products
• Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
